When you make a reservation by telephone ore e-mail we send you an invoice. Only when the payment has been made, the reservation is final.
Online reservations only can be made by creditcard payment.
In the absence of a payment, we will send you a reminder to make the payment. After the expiry of the final payment date, we will automatically cancel the reservation.
At check-out, you must pay the remaining amount of all extras (lunch, dinner, drinks). This payment can be made in cash, by credit card (visa or master card) or by bank transfer.

For reservations of the loft and the Studio we request a refundable deposit of 250 euros to be paid upon arrival
We know that the unexpected can happen that will require you to cancel your travel plans:
In the event of cancellation of 45 to 30 days before the start date, the customer is obliged to pay 35% of the booking value to the hotel company.
In the event of cancellation of 29 to 15 days before the start date, the customer is obliged to pay 60% of the booking value to the hotel company.
In the event of cancellation of 14 to 8 days before the starting date, the customer is obliged to pay 85% of the booking value to the hotel company.
In the case of "no show" or cancellation of 7 days or less before the start date, the customer is obliged to pay 100% of the booking value to the hotel company.
In case Hacienda el Tarajal is forced to cancel your trip due to COVID restrictions, you will receive a refund for already made payments of your reservation, or you can rebook your reservation to another date.
Guarantee, Payment & cancellation conditions private rental
Hacienda Hacienda El Tarajal is ideal for large family or friends gatherings. The luxury of a stylish villa, eventually with catering and cleaning services. Private rent is possible to a maximum of 14 people.

We ask for a deposit of 10% to confirm the reservation. This payment will not be refunded and will be used to guarantee your booking.
The remaining 90% must be completed no later than 60 days before arrival.
Upon arrival, a credit card is requested for a guarantee. At check-out, you must pay the remaining amount of all extras (lunch, dinner, drinks). This payment can be made in cash, by credit card (visa or mastercard) or by bank transfer.
If you have a special request, such as dietary requirements, extra beds or room preference, you should pass it on to us while booking. Although we do our utmost to meet all wishes, this cannot always guarantee.
Check-in and check-out times
The room is ready from 15:00. Should you arrive earlier, we will be happy to keep your luggage until your room is available. The standard check-out time is at 11:00 am on the day of your departure. A possible later check out is only possible with availability and therefore depending on other reservations on the indicated day.
Hacienda El Tarajal is a wonderful location to relax. We do not normally accept children under the age of 10 unless the house is booked privately or in exceptional cases. Contact us if you have younger children (under 10) and you want to book a stay.
Hacienda El Tarajal is 100% smoke-free. This means that it is no longer allowed to smoke in our hotel rooms, public areas, restaurant, bar and by our pool.
Hacienda El Tarajal points out that in order to provide its online reservation services it is necessary that you provide us with your personal data. This data will be automatically processed and stored in files in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) EU-2016/679 of 27 April 2016.
Use of personal information
Hacienda El Tarajal informs you that your data will be treated confidentially and will only be used internally and only for the aforementioned purposes. Under no circumstances will your data be made available to third parties, unless you expressly give us our consent, or in those cases for which there is a legal obligation.
All matters relating to your booking are subject to Spanish law. By booking, you agree to this.
Participating in activities during your stay in Hacienda El Tarajal, such as hiking, mountain biking or swimming is at your own risk. Hacienda El Tarajal cannot accept responsibility for third-party actions.
With your reservation you agree to the terms and conditions and the house rules of Hacienda El Tarajal. Hacienda El Tarajal has the right to terminate your stay - or that of a member of your party - if they believe that certain conduct is detrimental to the safety or well-being of Hacienda El Tarajal staff and/or other guests. No refund is granted and Hacienda El Tarajal is in no way obliged to pay compensation or cover or cover any resulting costs. Hacienda El Tarajal reserves the right to charge for any major and intentional damage caused by a guest to the property. By major damage, we mean any damage that can reasonably be considered greater than that caused by "daily use and deterioration".
We recommend that you store valuables in the designated safe. We do not accept liability for theft of items that are not stored in this safe.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in these Booking Conditions, we cannot accept liability if the performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected as a result of "force majeure". By "force majeure" we mean any event that we could not foresee or avoid, even with due care. Such events can be riots, civil war, disputes, nuclear or natural disasters, epidemics, exceptionally adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events. Hacienda El Tarajal is free to cancel bookings if it is not possible to open on the dates of booking for the hotel because it (inter) national law stipulates that buildings may not open. We strongly advise you to take out travel and cancellation insurance.
